All Sales Final Policy

At Hi-5 Trading Cards, we strive to provide collectors with high-quality trading cards and collectibles. Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases made in-store or online.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Returns or Exchanges

All items are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Condition disputes after the item has left our possession

Card Condition & Authenticity

We make every effort to accurately describe card conditions and provide clear images when applicable. Please review all item descriptions, scans, and grades carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions, we encourage you to ask before buying.

  • Graded Cards: All third-party graded cards are authenticated and graded by the respective grading service (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC). Disputes about grades should be directed to the grading company.

  • Raw/Ungraded Cards: Condition of raw cards is subjective; we do our best to describe them accurately, but please understand that interpretations may vary.

Shipping Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and original packaging. We will assist with the shipping carrier’s claim process; however, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds.
